Italian hard cheeses can have different characteristics depending on their ageing. The colour ranges from milk white to straw yellow, with the typical aroma and flavours of sweet-fragrant or more flavourful cheese.
Ingredients
The ingredients of Italian cheeses are: milk, salt, microbial rennet and added E460 “cellulose” at the customer’s request.
