For an adult following a healthy, balanced diet of 8400 kJ/2000 kcal, one 25 g portion of Parmigiano Reggiano covers 36% of their calcium requirement and 24% of their phosphorous.
The characteristics of P.D.O. Parmigiano Reggiano are its straw yellow colour, the elasticity of its texture and its intense yet delicate aroma as well as over thirty months of ageing.
